At Ethical Elegance, we understand how important it is for your ring to fit perfectly. To support our customers, we offer:

Engagement Rings

  • One free resizing within 12 months of purchase (for engagement rings only).

Wedding Rings

  • One free resizing within 3 months of purchase (for wedding rings only).

Important Details

  • Our business is online only. To arrange a resize, please contact us via:

  • Customers will need to ship the ring to us securely (registered post with tracking and insurance is strongly recommended).

  • We will cover the return shipping cost once resizing is complete.

  • Resizing typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive your ring.

Please Note

  • Before placing an order, we strongly encourage customers to double-check their ring size to avoid resizing later.

  • Custom-made jewelry or previously resized rings are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Some designs (e.g., certain men’s wedding bands, rings with continuous diamonds, or alternative metals like titanium) may not be resizable. Please confirm with us prior to ordering.

  • If a ring requires resizing beyond 3 sizes up or down, it may incur extra costs or require a new setting.

  • If your ring has engraving, resizing may remove it, and re-engraving will involve an additional fee.
