✅ Warranty Coverage

  • Lifetime protection against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials.

  • Complimentary inspection and assessment when a defect claim is submitted.

❌ What’s Not Covered

​

Our warranty does not cover damage or issues unrelated to manufacturing, including but not limited to:

  • Wear and tear over time (gold and other metals naturally soften with use).

  • Damage caused by impact, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Discoloration from chemicals, cosmetics, swimming, or bathing.

  • Worn, bent, or damaged prongs that loosen stones due to everyday wear.

  • Repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by anyone other than Ethical Elegance (this voids the warranty).

Important Notes

  • Warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the jewelry.

  • Customers are responsible for securely shipping their item to us for inspection (we recommend registered post with tracking and insurance). Return shipping will be covered by Ethical Elegance.

  • If an issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and, where possible, provide repair services at a reasonable cost.
